The arms sweep gracefully forward and are supported by well‑turned under‑arm spindles.

The generously shaped elm saddle seat shows beautiful grain and warm colouring, while the chair stands on turned legs united by an H‑stretcher, giving it excellent stability. The whole piece remains firm and structurally sound.
