Description

This stunning rosewood fold over card table has an attractive shaped gilt edge top and inlaid with gorgeous floral marquetry which rotates through a quarter turn to reveal a hidden storage recess and opens to the original green baize interior set within a smart gilded border. Three sides of the shaped apron are decorated in more of that beautiful fine floral marquetry and supported by four elegant slender cabriole legs embellished with crisp ormolu mounts to the top and ormolu cast sabots to the base. There are the odd age-related marks however this only lends to the charm of this wonderfully elegant card table.
