A superb-quality 19th Century Chinese plant stand or lamp table, presented in good antique condition. The circular top is inset with variegated pink marble, framed by a beautifully carved apron with flowing contours. Raised on four square legs, each intricately carved and terminating in classic claw and ball feet. As with all antiques, minor imperfections speak to its age, but this is a solid, richly coloured piece, skilfully crafted and visually striking in any setting.
