Fabulous rosewood needlework or sewing box from the fantastic Victorian era with ebony and mother of pearl edges. The lid which has a working key, opens to reveal a lift out tray with satinwood dividers over a useful well for sewing items. There is a three small pieces of inlay missing ( shown in pictures) however these are easy overlooked and does nothing to the overall look of this useful antique box.
