19th Century Mahogany Canterbury - SAI3531
A fine Edwardian Canterbury in solid mahogany, presented in excellent antique condition. This elegant piece features five boat-shaped divisions, with a central carry handle for ease of movement—ideal for storing sheet music, magazines, or papers with style. The frieze houses a single drawer fitted with two embossed brass handles, adding both utility and decorative appeal. Square tapering legs lend a refined silhouette, terminating in brass castors for graceful mobility. Rich in colour and patina, this Canterbury is structurally sound and bears only minor imperfections consistent with age and use. A handsome and practical addition to any drawing room, study, or hallway.
