A delightful oil on canvas by the renowned British artist T. B. Blacklock, signed lower right and presented in an attractive painted frame. Presented in good condition and ready to hang.

The composition depicts two young children seated amongst wildflowers beneath flowering blossom trees, rendered in Blacklock's characteristic impressionistic style. Rich textural brushstrokes and subtle colour harmonies create a sense of warmth, tranquillity and nostalgia.

Signed by the artist and beautifully framed, this charming work represents an excellent example of T. B. Blacklock's popular pastoral and figurative paintings, making it an attractive addition to both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Thomas Bromley Blacklock (1863–1903) was a respected Scottish artist known for his impressionistic rural scenes and depictions of children, admired for their light-filled compositions and expressive brushwork.
